Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Jamuna, we are diligent in preparing and packing your orders. In the unlikely event of any of the following circumstances, we will either send a new package based on your preference or provide a full refund:

  1. If you receive the package in a damaged state.
  2. If any of the boxes within the package are discovered to be unsealed or damaged.
  3. If an incorrect item has been shipped to you.

Refund Process

To request a refund, kindly send an email to within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please include an explanation for your refund request and attach photographs illustrating the issue. Once our team receives and confirms the details, the refund process will commence and will be finalized within 72 business hours.

Cancellation Policy

You can check the status of your product. If it has already been processed and shipped, we won't be able to cancel and refund it. However, if it hasn't been processed yet, we will review your request and initiate the refund process. In both scenarios, please allow 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
